1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and mm3377 (hereinafter "mm3377", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://mm3377.cam and all associated services, products, tools, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

mm3377 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where required by applicable law, we will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of all funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of any applicable bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to validate a Player's identity, age, and funding source.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the mm3377 website, any associated mobile interfaces, and all related sub-services accessible via https://mm3377.cam.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, live casino games, RNG slot games, promotional offers, and other products available on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player using real-money funds from their Account Balance on any available market or game.

3 Account Eligibility

Access to mm3377 and its Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. mm3377 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in line with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting services.
2. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee of mm3377, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or closed by mm3377 for rule violations.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.

Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds within that Account — including any winnings — will be forfeited. mm3377 takes underage gambling prevention extremely seriously and cooperates fully with applicable regulatory and law enforcement authorities where such breaches are identified.

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and operate one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether under the same or different personal details) are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. mm3377 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. All activities conducted through your Account — regardless of whether you personally authorised them — are your sole responsibility. You must notify mm3377 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. mm3377 will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.3 KYC Verification

mm3377 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, upon account upgrades, or at any point during the lifecycle of your Account where we deem it necessary. Accepted verification documents include, but are not limited to: Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements for proof of address. Players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian cities are subject to the same verification standards.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mm3377 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank Internet Banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. mm3377 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Platform's banking section, typically within 5 minutes for e-wallet channels and up to 1 business day for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by mm3377 in writing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

All Account Balances, wagers, and transactions are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. mm3377 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Third-Party Funding

Players may only fund their Account using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be returned, and the Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mm3377 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general provisions set out in this clause.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general illustration: a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must wager RM3,500 in qualifying bets before any cash derived from that bonus is eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

mm3377 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without notice. One bonus promotion may be active per Account at any given time unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion through multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering activity, or exploitation of promotional structures will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stipulated validity period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. Players are advised to review individual promotion terms for applicable validity windows.

7 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on mm3377 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game category. By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept these rules.

7.1 Wager Acceptance

A wager is considered accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. mm3377 reserves the right to decline or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: odds were published in error, a market is suspended, or unusual wagering patterns are detected.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and market suspension. Wagers placed during a suspension period are void. mm3377 takes all reasonable steps to update live markets promptly, but accepts no liability for delays caused by data feed interruptions or connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.3 Void Wagers

Where a wager is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance in full. Voided wagers do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

7.4 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the result determined by the relevant official governing body — such as the Football Association of Malaysia, the Badminton World Federation, or the UFC — shall be considered final for settlement purposes, subject to mm3377's own officiating determinations where applicable.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm3377 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt wagering activity.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mm3377 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of mm3377 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, scrape, or distribute any content from the Platform without mm3377's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mm3377 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by factors beyond mm3377's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss suffered as a result of your own breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Any errors in information, odds, or content published on the Platform that are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit mm3377's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded at law. Where applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation confers rights that cannot be contractually excluded, those rights remain unaffected.

11 Account Termination & Closure

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to mm3377 customer support. Account closure will be completed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of your request. Any withdrawable Account Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by mm3377

mm3377 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: you are found to have breached these Terms; your Account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity; or continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should contact customer support. Self-exclusion will result in immediate Account suspension for the elected period. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to create a new Account during the exclusion period. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for full details.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mm3377 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mm3377's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Services complies with all applicable local laws. mm3377 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mm3377 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to Account eligibility criteria, withdrawal policies, or prohibited conduct provisions — mm3377 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
